Scrip is another name for gift cards, which are straightforward to buy, use, and make perfect gifts. By using Scrip instead of cash or credit cards, you benefit yourself and the Spirit of Joy. These gift cards work like regular ones, with no hidden fees and simple usage. Visit the scrip table to explore a variety of local vendors that accept scrip. If your favorite vendor isn’t available, you can order cards, and they’ll typically be ready for pickup the following Sunday.

'Mighty' Tab Collection

Spirit of Joy began collecting “mighty” tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda, and this year, we donated over 205,000 tabs. We call these tabs "mighty" because every 5,000 tabs fund a free radiation treatment for a child with cancer, and their robust material enables the creation of artificial limbs at no cost. Please continue to save these tabs, either by dropping them off at the office or bringing them to church on Sunday. Together, we can keep our mission of service alive.

Aluminum Can & Plastic Bottle Recycling

Consider recycling your aluminum cans and plastic beverage containers by bringing them to the bin in the Martha Room. This year, the proceeds from this effort will go to the "Fix-It-Fund," which supports maintenance projects at Spirit of Joy.
